Please welcome Greg to the Wakanda team

As a member of the Wakanda community, you are more than likely familiar with Greg McCarvell. He’s brought his enthusiasm and energy to the forum from Day 1 as a top poster, making his own demos and screencasts, and eventually presenting some of our most well-attended webinars and Wakanday sessions.

Greg McCarvellHis participation in the community, his ability to communicate, and his keenness as a developer has made him an invaluable asset to the Wakanda community. So, we asked him to come aboard and formally join the Wakanda team. It’s with great pleasure that we’re announcing Greg’s official arrival as Director, Wakanda Business Development.

A renaissance man, not only can Greg code – and talk about code – he has led large sales teams and run a business. He’s done the small business gig where he did development AND sales AND management, with some project management, quality control, and graphic design on the side. Combining such versatility with Greg’s obvious passion for Wakanda development, great things can happen.

In his new, official role, Greg will be working to expand Wakanda adoption with key customers and partners. He’ll certainly continue to be an active contributor on the Wakanda Forum and with webinars, but he’ll be operating under a new handle, Greg McCarvell.

Welcome aboard, Greg. We look forward to your contributions to the Wakanda team and developers.
